Port Chilkoot Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery located in Haines, Alaska, producing handcrafted spirits made with locally sourced ingredients from Southeast Alaska and beyond. A 100% Blue Agave tequila that is cooked, fermented, and distilled in small batches through a classic pot still in Haines, Alaska, offering a smooth, flavorful spirit for sipping neat or in Margaritas.
Boatwright Bourbon
A blend of two Straight Bourbon Whiskeys - the distillery’s own grain-to-barrel recipe made in Southeast Alaska combined with a finely-made Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Kentucky, creating a unique Alaskan character.
Green Siren Absinthe
An absinthe based on a 1700s recipe, made without artificial color or sugar syrup, soaked twice with Southeast Alaska herbs including wormwood, lemon balm, and anise hyssop for a distinctive light-licorice flavor and jade hue.
Icy Strait Vodka
A smooth 90 proof vodka distilled from corn and blended with pure local Alaskan water, offering exceptional cleanliness with a hint of sweetness, perfect for cocktails or sipping straight.
Old School Whiskey
A limited edition light but rich whiskey aged for three years in Boatwright Bourbon barrels, with only two barrels released per year, capturing the spirit of Alaska’s Last Frontier.
Seaworthy Rum
A golden barrel-aged rum with warm notes of toasted sugar and toffee, made from certified organic panela sugar from the Caribbean and aged for 12 months in freshly emptied Boatwright Bourbon barrels.
Wrack Line Rye
A rye whiskey with a 70% rye grain mash bill, small-batch grain-to-barrel distillations made on-site, aged for at least 3 years in Alaska and combined with a Straight Rye Whiskey from U.S. whiskey country.
