About

Fairbanks Distilling Company is a small-batch artisanal distillery located in the historic 1935 Old City Hall building in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska — originally a fire station and police station with a former drunk tank basement now used for aging spirits. Under the direction of owner Pat Levy, the distillery crafts premium spirits using local Alaskan ingredients including Yukon Gold potatoes, hand-picked juniper, and birch syrup, offering tastings and tours to visitors in its comfortable downtown tasting room.

Spirits

68 Below Potato Vodka

Made with Yukon Gold potatoes sourced from the local Princess Riverside Lodge and Fox spring water, this ultra-smooth sipping vodka is a must-try.

ET Barnette's Golden Rum

A rich golden rum made with cane, molasses, and brown sugar, then finished with a distinctive local touch of Fairbanks birch syrup that gives it an incredible aroma and lingering taste.

Kate's Showgirl Gin

A light, fragrant gin crafted with hand-picked Alaskan juniper and made entirely in Old City Hall without any grain neutral spirit (GNS), making it a favorite among craft gin enthusiasts.
