Arctic Harvest was established in 2014 as a true farm-to-bottle distillery in North Pole, Alaska. This family-owned and operated business is located on a 350-acre farm just outside of North Pole, where they handcraft Alaska Grown spirits from planting and fertilizing the fields to harvesting, malting, fermenting, and distilling the mash—all completed at their facility under the midnight sun.
