RHS Distillery & Tasting, founded in 2015 by Master Distiller Uncle Karl (Karel Kon) and licensed as an alcohol manufacturer in 2016, is Hawaii’s most unique distillery located at 36 N King St in Honolulu’s Chinatown district. Known as the ‘Willy Wonka of Hawaii Liquor,’ the distillery produces over 88 craft spirits in small batches using tropical fruits and Hawaiian ingredients, operating as both a tasting room/bar/restaurant and a wholesale liquor distributor.
