Kō Hana Distillers is Hawaiʻi’s first cane juice distillery, located in Kunia on the island of Oʻahu. Founded by Robert Dawson and Jason Brand in 2011, the distillery hand-harvests over 36 varieties of heirloom Hawaiian sugarcane (kō) grown on-site and crafts single-cane, farm-to-bottle agricole rum. Their spirits are made from freshly pressed sugarcane juice rather than molasses, resulting in some of the world’s finest pure cane rums.
