About

Hawaiian SHOCHU Company is a small-batch distillery located in the historic surf town of Haleiwa on Oahu’s North Shore, where founder Ken handcrafts authentic sweet potato shochu using time-honored techniques learned from his master Manzen in Kagoshima, Japan. The distillery ferments, distills, and bottles all products on-site using locally grown white-Satsuma sweet potatoes and distinctive Hawaiian botanicals, producing the award-winning NamiHana line and the innovative Haleiwa Rainbow gin.
