Hanalei Spirits is a family-owned craft distillery located on the north shore of Kauai in Kilauea, dedicated to producing premium spirits using locally sourced Hawaiian ingredients from their family farm. The distillery utilizes the purest water from Mount Waiʻaleʻale and an abundance of island-grown crops including Ti leaf, Lilikoi, Kalo (taro), Ginger, and bitter oranges to craft unique spirits that capture the distinct flavor of Hawaii’s agricultural bounty.
