Vivacity Fine Spirits is a small-batch craft distillery located in Albany, Oregon in the Willamette Valley, founded by Caitlin Prueitt and Chris Neumann. It holds the distinction of being the first woman-owned craft distillery in the Willamette Valley, combining Caitlin’s fermentation science expertise from OSU with Chris’s master craftsmanship to produce innovative spirits using locally sourced ingredients.
