Their whiskey lineup includes the Ghost Owl brand (Straight Rye, Straight Bourbon finished in Cabernet barrels, and Pacific Northwest blend) and the Snake River Stampede brand (a blended grain whiskey and a 1915 small batch), each with unique aging and finishing processes.
