Ransom Spirits is a small-batch, handcrafted distillery located on a 40-acre farm in Sheridan, Oregon, celebrating over 25 years of producing Oregon’s highest quality spirits using traditional methods. They craft their spirits with direct-fire Alembic pot stills using rainwater collected from the distillery roof, aged in toasted American Oak, with no robots or shortcuts—each bottle reflecting their commitment to selective cuts by taste and smell.
Aged in toasted American Oak for 3-16 years using a unique four-grain mash bill of 59% corn, 19% Ida Gold malted barley, 14% rye, and 8% wheat, delivering classic bourbon aromas with notes of toffee, soft caramel, sweet corn, warm flavor, soft oak influence, and hints of cocoa powder and anise.
Modeled after Holland’s renowned malt wine genevers, this highly aromatic gin combines the maltiness and hop aromas of genever with intense botanical infusion, including Oregon Marionberry and local hops for terroir, earning multiple awards including 2014 Washington Cup Winner and 93 Points from Beverage Testing Institute.
