Pilot House Distilling, founded by Larry Cary in 2013, is a craft distillery situated in the heart of historic downtown Astoria, Oregon. The distillery initially produced gins and vodkas while allowing whiskies to age in-house, and in 2017 successfully advocated for Oregon’s law change to permit canned cocktail sales, creating the state’s first-ever canned cocktail. Today, they offer an extensive range of spirits including unique whiskies, gins, freshly infused vodkas, agave spirits, and absinthe, along with canned cocktails and three tasting rooms in Astoria and Cannon Beach.
