About
Founded by Larry Cary in 2013, Pilot House Distilling is a craft distillery located in historic downtown Astoria, Oregon. The distillery produces an extensive range of spirits including whiskies, gins, freshly infused vodkas, agave spirits, absinthe, and canned cocktails. Pilot House was instrumental in advocating for Oregon’s canned cocktail law change in 2017, successfully creating the Astoria Mary as Oregon’s first-ever canned cocktail. They operate tasting rooms in Astoria and Cannon Beach and distribute across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, and Alaska.

A-O Come Hell or High Water
Oregon single malt whisky aged in house, then put on local fishing vessels for a minimum of 6 months to a year, rich in flavor with dark amber color and hints of clove, vanilla, spicy honey, and cherry.
Astoria Mary
Oregon’s first canned cocktail, a convenient and portable Bloody Mary mix created after Pilot House successfully advocated for legal changes in the state.
