Oregon Spirit Distillers is a family-owned craft distillery in Bend, Oregon, founded in 2009 by Brad and Kathy Irwin. They operate Central Oregon’s first production still and use Cascade mountain water and locally sourced high-desert grains to produce award-winning spirits. The distillery emphasizes sustainable operations and hands-on craftsmanship from beginning to end.
