The journey didn’t start in a warehouse—it started in the world-class bar at Seattle’s legendary Von’s Martini Manhattan Memorial, where the cocktails matter, and the guest experience is everything. Growing up, the founder remembers sneaking into her dad’s Seattle saloon, the famous Jake O’Shaughnessy’s, and peering in wonderment at the tall mahogany library ladder rolling over the never-ending rows of colorful bottles. Smells of cracked leather, rich wood paneling and swirls of tobacco from the cigar room permeated her imagination and are still ingrained in her mind to this day. From these memories and the inspirations of generations past, they carry on this proud tradition with Northwest Spirits.
