About
Westward Whiskey is an award-winning American single malt whiskey producer located in the Pacific Northwest, inspired by the region’s pioneering spirit and rich culinary culture. The distillery was founded over two decades ago by a team of former brewers, winemakers, and Michelin-trained chefs with more than 50 years of collective distilling experience. They craft their whiskey from scratch by brewing a full-flavored American ale using locally malted barley, double-distilling it in custom low-reflux pot stills, and aging it in new American oak barrels.
