Drop Shop Distillery is a small-batch spirit producer founded in Hillsboro, Oregon in 2016 by husband/wife team Bryan and Bri Toedtli. The idea originated during a dragonboat festival road trip when Bryan’s limoncello recipe inspired them to mass-produce and sell their craft spirits. After contract-bottling through Swallowtail Spirits to generate initial revenue, they received their federal DSP license in August 2017 and now produce vodka, gin, and liqueurs from their Hillsboro tasting room.
Their very first gin and a fan favorite, featuring juniper, coriander, orange peel, lemon zest, lavender, and ginger at 45% ABV in a new-wave style, earning Double Gold at the 2020 Finger Lakes International Wine and Spirits Competition.
A twist on the classic lemon drop cocktail, offering the perfect balance between sweet and tart with only 26g of added cane sugar per can at 15% ABV, earning Silver at the 2023 Finger Lakes International Wine and Spirits Competition.
A sweet and smooth vodka made from 100% yellow corn, carefully distilled 5 times and filtered through 5 carbon filters at 40% ABV, earning both Silver at the 2021 Finger Lakes International Wine and Spirits Competition and Platinum at the 2021 SIP NW Best of the NW.
