Branch Point Distillery is a small independent grain-to-glass whiskey distillery founded in 2016 in the hills of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, surrounded by world-renowned wineries. Co-founder and distiller Steven applies his biochemistry and organic chemistry background to craft authentic Oregon whiskeys using local grains from family-owned farms, including triticale, rye, and barley grown within 40 miles of the distillery. The distillery eschews bourbon production in favor of innovative grain-focused whiskeys, utilizing traditional methods like grain-in fermentation, double copper pot distillation, low barrel entry proofs, and non-chill filtration to create distinctive spirits that reflect their Oregon terroir.

The Peated Oregon Whiskey
A 5-year-aged 92-proof whiskey using 100% barley with heavily peated Scottish malt comprising 20% of the mash bill, offering subtle smoke on the nose followed by lemon zest, beach bonfire, and dark stone fruits.
