About

Whidbey Island Distillery is a family- and dog-friendly destination distillery located on nine scenic acres of rolling greenery just a short ferry ride from Seattle in Langley, WA. Founded and owned by Mike Huffman and Jonathan Bower, this award-winning distillery crafts all spirits onsite using locally sourced Pacific Northwest ingredients, best known for its world-class berry liqueurs and unique rye whiskies that are consistently rated among the top attractions on Whidbey Island.

Spirits

Blackberry Liqueur

Made with perfectly ripened Black Diamond Blackberries soaked in world-class brandy distilled from Washington State wines for up to 8 months, producing a rich, flavorful liqueur that is the single highest rated spirit (of any type) produced in North America.

Boysenberry Liqueur

The newest addition to the award-winning liqueur lineup, featuring dark magenta color with deep floral and spiced berry aromas, hints of tropical flavors such as banana, pineapple, and sour apple, with tones of dark chocolate on the palate and a long-lasting finish.

Bunker Rye Whiskey

Named after ‘The Bunker’ where the distillery began, this whiskey features a 51% Rye and 49% Washington Select Barley mash bill that is mashed, distilled, and aged onsite using a unique combination of traditional used whiskey barrels with new and used toasted white American oak slats, starting sweet with notes of honey, caramel, and citrus, finishing with the distinctive spice and pepper character of rye.

Loganberry Liqueur

Award-winning liqueur hand-made in small batches by distilling locally produced wines into brandy and aging with locally grown loganberries, resulting in a bold interpretation that bursts with warmth and intense flavors with a buttery smooth finish.

Raspberry Liqueur

Contains nearly a half pound of luscious red Pacific Northwest raspberries infused with world-class neutral spirits for up to 8 months, producing a flavorful cordial you can enjoy year-round.
