About

Founded by Jan and Chuck Morris, The Hardware Distillery is a craft distillery located on the Hood Canal in Hoodsport, Washington, where they age their spirits in a basement that slopes to the canal, allowing barrels to breathe the salt air. They use pristine water from Mount Olympus and the Hood Canal watershed, and employ third-generation Scottish master distiller Mike Nicolson for their whiskey production.

Dill Aquavit

A subtle, quiet dill-flavored aquavit made from pear vodka with a much quieter profile than the caraway version.

A Scottish lowland grain-style whiskey distilled from Mount Olympus and Hood Canal water, hand-crafted in a copper pot still and aged while breathing the salt air from the Hood Canal shores.

R Gin

A limited-edition distilled, slightly smokey dry gin made from barley cold-smoked in the Hama Hama Oyster Co. smoker, named after the tradition that oysters are best in months with the letter ‘R’.
