Founded by Jan and Chuck Morris, The Hardware Distillery is a craft distillery located on the Hood Canal in Hoodsport, Washington, where they age their spirits in a basement that slopes to the canal, allowing barrels to breathe the salt air. They use pristine water from Mount Olympus and the Hood Canal watershed, and employ third-generation Scottish master distiller Mike Nicolson for their whiskey production.
