Talking Cedar is a state-of-the-art 35,000 sq. ft. distillery, brewery, and restaurant located on the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation in Southwest Washington, where they became the first Native American tribe to legally distill spirits after successfully overturning an 1834 federal law that had banned liquor production on Tribal lands. The distillery proudly creates award-winning spirits including Kayak Gin - the first spirit legally distilled on Native American land - using foraged Pacific Northwest botanicals and mountain water, while also offering hand-crafted small-batch flavored whiskeys, cask-finished brandies, and premium collaborations with Westland Distillery on American Blended Malt Whiskey and Single Cask offerings.
