Skip Rock Distillers is a craft distillery located at 104 Ave C in Snohomish, Washington, founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife team Mark and Tami Sweeney. The distillery is known for its Pacific Northwest-inspired spirits made with locally grown ingredients, including their own Yukon Gold potatoes and triticale (a rye-wheat hybrid). They use traditional copper pot stills and handmade barrels to produce an award-winning lineup of bourbon, rye, vodka, gin, rum, brandy, liqueurs, and whiskeys.
