Launched in 2014, Orcas Island Distillery is a small craft distillery in Washington State’s San Juan Islands, on a mission to resurrect delightful spirits whose flavors have almost disappeared from the American palate. They craft Apple Brandy from hand-picked heirloom orchard fruit and produce Single Malt Whiskey and Genever Gins from organic Skagit Valley grains, aged in new American oak and finished in rye whiskey or cognac barrels. The distillery has won numerous awards including Gold and Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Their flagship whiskey aged an additional 8 months in used Apple Brandy barrels after 5 years in new American White Oak, bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) from 100% Skagit Valley Barley.

A 4-year aged brandy made from 100% San Juan County Island Apples, aged in new American White Oak barrels at 40% ABV (80 proof).
Barrel Rested Gin
A barrel-rested gin that earned a Bronze Medal at the American Distilling Institute’s Judging of Craft Spirits in 2018.
Cask Strength Whiskey
A double malt, cask strength whiskey aged 3 years in new American Oak barrels at 60% ABV (120 proof), made from 100% Skagit Valley Barleys.
Genever Gin
A traditional genever-style gin crafted from organic grains, awarded Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2022.
