Mastrogiannis Distillery & Winery is a family-owned craft distillery and winery located in North Bend, Washington, inspired by the legacy of Constantine (Kostas) Mastrogiannis, a mason-turned-winemaker who passed down his passion for winemaking to his son Ilias. Guided by the Greek concept of ‘Meraki’ — putting your soul, creativity, and love into everything you do — the distillery produces world-class grape-based brandies and wines, using French ex-wine barrels, Washington-grown grapes, and traditional techniques that honor old-world craftsmanship.

Baton Brandy
The distillery’s flagship 6-year aged brandy, made from 100% grapes and aged in ex-wine barrels, featuring fruit-forward notes of dried cherry, fig, and raisin with toasted oak and butterscotch finish.
Dry Mastiha
A dry, aromatic distillate made from 100% pure Mastiha resin sourced from the island of Chios, Greece, macerated in unaged grape brandy and bottled at 43% ABV with zero added sugar.
Grappa
A double-distilled grape pomace brandy made from Syrah grape skins and seeds, non-chill filtered and bottled at 43% ABV, showcasing the pure, bold character of the grape varietal without any added sugars or flavorings.
Hazy Syrah Brandy
A uniquely purple brandy crafted by infusing premium barrel-aged brandy with fresh Washington Syrah grapes, delivering rich grape flavors and subtle brandy warmth without any added sugars or colors.
