Founded in 2008, The Ellensburg Distillery is Washington’s second licensed craft distillery and the state’s first to produce both brandy and whiskey. Family-owned and operated by Ralph Bullock and Debbie Borin in Ellensburg, WA, they design their own equipment and hand-bottle and label each spirit, using natural ingredients and old-world techniques to create unique Pacific Northwest flavors.
