About

Copperworks Distilling Co. is a distillery, tasting room and retail store located on the waterfront in Seattle, Washington, founded by Co-Founder and President Jason Parker. The distillery produces American single malt whiskey and other spirits using 100% malted barley twice-distilled in hand-built Scottish copper pot stills, with a focus on locally sourced Washington State barley and botanicals.

Spirits

Copperworks Cask Gin

A cask gin from the distillery’s spirits collection, finished in various cask types.

Copperworks Plum Gin

A plum gin variant from Copperworks Distilling’s gin offerings.

Copperworks Small Batch Gin

Built on ten botanicals including juniper, coriander, grains of paradise, licorice root, orris root, and angelica root, with a malted-barley base that sets it apart from neutral-grain gins, lending subtle richness and bright citrus notes.

Copperworks Vodka

A vodka made using malted barley, mainly from Washington State, distilled in the distillery’s Scottish copper pot stills.

Farmsmith American Single Malt Whiskey

Celebrates the barley fields of Washington by exploring the impact of single variety, single farm, and single growing year barley, currently featuring Genie Pale Malt from Coulee Hite farms in Reardan, Washington.

Kilt Lifter Whiskey

A collaboration decades in the making between Copperworks Distilling and Pike Brewing, featuring a wild pine-forward nose and unique character.

Maltsmith American Single Malt Whiskey

The flagship whiskey showcasing Copperworks’ malted barley heritage, crafted from 100% malted barley and twice-distilled in Scottish copper pot stills.

Peatsmith American Single Malt Whiskey

Explores unique flavors from local smoke by using barley malted with smoke from peat harvested from Washington’s Olympic Peninsula, offering a smoky profile that is both mellow and distinct from traditional peated whiskeys.
