A 47% ABV single-barrel straight bourbon aged at least 2 years, showing warm caramel, toasted oak, vanilla, honeyed corn, baking spice, and cocoa with pronounced oak and toffee on the finish.
Cane & Grain Vodka
A 40% ABV vodka crafted from hard white winter wheat and unrefined Louisiana cane sugar, triple distilled through a Carl copper pot still with an 18-plate side column for an exceptionally clean and smooth profile.
Coffee Liqueur
A 27.1% ABV liqueur made from their white rum base, anaerobic Colombian coffee beans roasted and cold brewed by Dark Moon Coffee, Belizean cacao, Mexican vanilla, and Louisiana cane sugar at an elevated proof of 54.2.
Dark Rum
A 45% ABV dry dark rum made from white rum aged minimum 2 years in used 53-gallon barrels, blended with 20% unaged pot still rum from 100% Louisiana blackstrap molasses finished in American oak staves.
Gin
A 47% ABV London Dry gin infused with premium botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, licorice, lemon, and grapefruit peel, delivering earthy floral aromas with a sweet herbal palate and crisp dry finish.
Overproof Rum
A 63% ABV rum crafted from 100% molasses fermentation and double distilled in copper pot stills, delivering an exceptionally full-flavored spirit with a robust 126-proof kick.
