Frey Ranch Whiskey is a farm-to-glass distillery located in Nevada, built on over 165 years of family farming tradition. They are one of the few distilleries in the world to sustainably grow 100% of their whiskey grains onsite, making them a true Ground-To-Glass whiskey producer. The distillery is family-owned, with five generations of farming know-how, and every bottle is grown, malted, distilled, matured, and bottled on the Frey Ranch property.
Made with 100% Winter Cereal Rye from their farm, aged minimum 5 years at 100 proof. Smooth enough to sip, yet spicy enough to shine in a cocktail, and recognized with a Double Gold medal from the San Francisco World Spirit Competition.
Their signature four-grain bourbon served at cask strength (120-132 proof) without dilution. Robust notes of caramelized brûlée, hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, birthday cake frosting, glazed butter cake, cloves, orange creamsicle, and dried stone fruit with a hint of smoke and black cherry on the finish. A true farm-to-table bourbon aged 5 years at 90 proof, made with a 4-grain mash bill of non-GMO corn, winter cereal rye, winter wheat, and two-row barley malted onsite. Smooth yet complex with oak and citrus aromas followed by vanilla, caramel, banana chips, and dried hay on the palate.
Specially selected barrels with unique flavors and textures, bottled at cask strength as limited releases. Includes barrel releases of four-grain, three-grain, and single grain mash bills, available as Distiller’s Reserve collection and store-selected premium limited releases.
