About

Waterpocket Distillery is a craft distillery located at 2084 West 2200 South in West Valley City, Utah, founded by Julia and Alan Scott. Inspired by the rugged Waterpocket Fold landscape in Capitol Reef National Park, the distillery operates under the motto ‘OPEN WILD™’ and produces three distinct product lines: House Spirits featuring new twists on classic spirits, Toadstool® bitter spirits for bold adventurers, and Long Lost® resurrected spirits from the Golden Age of Liqueurs.
