About
High West Distillery is Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870, founded in 2007 by David and Jane Perkins in Park City. Located in the mountains of Wanship, Utah, the distillery holds the title of world’s only ski-in gastro-distillery and produces award-winning bourbons, ryes, and single malts while supporting Western conservation efforts through Protect the West.
