High West Whiskey is Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870, located in Park City at 27649 Old Lincoln Hwy., Wanship, UT 84017. The distillery offers state-of-the-art tours where visitors can walk through the distillation process, blending, aging, and bottling operations firsthand, learning about the unique history of whiskey in Utah. Tours typically take around 45 minutes and depart on the hour from Wednesday through Sunday, with an optional guided tasting available in their tasting room following the tour.
