Up North Distillery is a craft distillery located in Post Falls, Idaho, established in 2015 that produces award-winning spirits using locally sourced Northern Idaho ingredients including grains, honey, and seasonal foraged items. They are one of only six distilleries nationwide that manufacture spirits using 100% honey in the mash, and all spirits are distilled in small batches on copper pot stills.
