Crafted in the high desert of Santa Fe, New Mexico at over 7,000 feet elevation, Santa Fe Spirits distills exceptional spirits that embody the rugged beauty and bold flavors of the Southwest. Each spirit is made from mesquite-kilned malted barley and aged in a climate where thin air and dramatic temperature swings move liquid in and out of barrels more quickly, deepening character while respecting the spirit’s origin.
