The Heart Distillery is a family-operated craft distillery and tasting room located in Windsor, Colorado, opened in August 2018 under the same roof as High Hops Brewery and The Windsor Gardener. They produce award-winning spirits using Rocky Mountain water from the Cache La Poudre River, specializing in small-batch production across a diverse range of spirits including gin, vodka, rum, bourbon, absinthe, and prepared cocktails.
