Alpine Gin
A New American style gin featuring juniper balanced with 12 other botanicals including coriander, lavender, angelica, and licorice root, with freshly zested lemon and orange creating a soft citrusy palate.
Founded in 2015 by Master Distiller Jeff Ruhle and based at 8,787 ft in the Colorado Rocky Mountains near Winter Park, Idlewild Spirits exclusively uses Colorado-grown grains that are milled at their distillery within hours before going into the mash tun. They distill, barrel, age, and bottle about 100 yards from Vasquez Creek, the same pristine mountain water they use in their stills, producing a range of small-batch grain-to-glass spirits.
