Distillery 291 is a small batch whiskey distillery nestled in the stunning foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado Springs, situated beneath Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak. Founded and operated by owner and distiller Michael Myers, the distillery crafts rugged, Wild West-inspired whiskey that is distilled in a copper pot still and finished with toasted Colorado aspen staves.
