Branch & Barrel Distilling is a Colorado craft distillery in Centennial that makes whiskey shaped by place rather than convention, using local grains and Rocky Mountain snowmelt water drawn from the Arapahoe Aquifer. Early on they aged spirit on branches before transitioning to barrels, establishing an independent and distinctive philosophy that continues to guide their work across a portfolio that has earned over 35 awards since 2019.
