Ballmer Peak Distillery is a sustainability-driven, pandemic-survived nano-distillery nestled against Green Mountain in Lakewood, Colorado, founded in November 2019 by lifelong friends Austin Adamson and Eric Strom after their first whiskey-fueled conversation in 2014. This cozy tasting room offers a unique lineup of small-batch spirits with globally inspired flavors, including rums, gins, whiskeys, and vodka, along with seasonal micro-batch experiments and hand-crafted cocktails.
