Named after Colorado’s unofficial 1870s frontier slogan, the distillery uses pre-prohibition methods to craft smooth, award-winning moonshine infused with natural ingredients. Their flagship ‘Western Sippin’ Shine’ is drinkable straight from the bottle, and they offer a tasting room open Wednesday through Sunday.
