Smoky Valley Distillery is a craft spirits distillery located in downtown Marquette, Kansas, housed in the historic 1919 COOP building. They produce small-batch vodka, bourbon, and whiskey using Kansas grains and sandstone-filtered water from the nearby Kiowa Aquifer.
