Cut Spike Distillery is a craft distillery located at Lucky Bucket Brewing Co. in La Vista, Nebraska, specializing in American single malt whisky, vodka, gin, and small batch spirits. The distillery was motivated by a passion for producing great American single malt whiskies using stills sourced from Scotland, and has since expanded to offer a diverse range of premium spirits including bourbon, flavored vodkas, and London Dry gin. Named in homage to Omaha’s railroad heritage where the first rails were spiked in 1865, Cut Spike is dedicated to connecting people with their passion and pursuit of something true, shared and great.
