Founded in 2018, Sugarfield Spirits Co. opened its doors in January 2020 in Gonzales, Louisiana. The family-owned craft distillery specializes in Louisiana-inspired spirits using locally sourced ingredients like sugarcane, citrus, honey, and cider from Assumption Parish. Their lineup includes vodka, rum, bourbon, gin, and various fruit liqueurs, with each product crafted to capture the true flavors of Louisiana.
