Bayou Terrebonne Distillers is an authentic Cajun distillery located on the banks of Bayou Terrebonne in Houma, Louisiana, crafting small-batch, handmade spirits that honor a family moonshining tradition dating back to Prohibition. Their great-grandmother Lily, Houma’s first Mardi Gras Queen, ignited the legacy with a 6-gallon copper pot still nearly a century ago, and today the distillery continues her legacy while preserving the unique culture and beauty of the Bayou Region.
