Cat’s Eye Distillery is an Iowa-based craft whiskey distillery specializing in hand-crafted corn whiskey and premium spirits. The distillery produces a broad range of finely distilled whiskeys including their flagship Cat’s Eye line, the Nassif Family Reserve, and exclusive limited-edition Magi imports sourced from around the world. They are known for their Obtainium series which features single barrels obtained from distilleries worldwide and bottled at barrel strength.

Magi Armagnac
A very small import of 24-37 year old Armagnac barrels from Chateau Garreau in France, similar to Cognac but with its own unique nuances.
Magi Blended Rye Whiskey
A 2023 limited-edition blend of 6 barrels of 7-9 year double oak MGP rye whiskey, 1 barrel of 11-year French oak Polish rye, 1.5 barrels of 21-year Palliser rye, and 2 barrels of 22-year Palliser rye finished in port barrels of 1 year.
Magi Canadian Whisky
An in-house blend of select barrels proofed down to 151 (75.5% ABV), creating a smooth, very enjoyable spirit.
Magi Rum
A blend of rum sourced from both the Caribbean and Americas, aged a minimum of five years and finished in new oak, used whiskey barrels, and used port barrels, resulting in a far smoother rum than most.
Nassif Family Reserve
A proprietary blend of 50% 14-year light whiskey from MGP and 50% 3-year 10-month bourye (a blend of 36% rye bourbon and 95% rye distillate aged together in new oak), proofed to 107 and described as approachable for novices yet complex enough for whiskey enthusiasts.
Obtainium Canadian Whisky
A 26-year-old 100% corn whisky distilled at around 160 proof and aged in used rye casks by Palliser Distillery in Canada, with each barrel bottled individually at barrel strength.
Obtainium Light Whiskey
Light whiskey distilled between 160-190 proof and aged in used charred oak barrels, sourced from MGP in Indiana, with each barrel bottled individually at barrel strength showcasing unique flavors and nuances.
Obtainium Rye Whiskey
Full-bodied rye whiskey sourced from MGP in Indiana featuring notes of rye bread, vanilla, and nutmeg, made from a mash of at least 51% rye and aged in barrels at no more than 125 proof.
Rescue Bourbon
A Wisconsin bourbon individually selected for flavor and then finished in stout beer barrels, combining the smoothness of bourbon with the rich highlights of stout to create a unique flavor blend.
