Black Shire Distillery crafts handcrafted spirits in the heart of Hermann, Missouri, using locally-grown grain and white oak barrels charred right down the road to reflect the spirit of Missouri. Located at 111 Gutenberg Street in historic Hermann, the distillery operates both a main distillery and tasting room as well as Polly’s Still House, offering visitors a chance to experience their award-winning spirits including bourbons, ryes, and gins.
