Perlick Distillery is a family-owned distillery located in Sarona, Wisconsin, established in 2014 on a farm that has been in the Perlick family since 1920. The distillery is situated in the Northwoods of Wisconsin and produces spirits using grains grown on their own 2,000-acre farm that cultivates corn, wheat, soybeans, barley, and sunflowers. The distillery was created with the dual goals of adding value to the grains grown on the farm and creating top-quality distilled spirits.
