Perlick Distillery is located in the Northwoods of Wisconsin on a family farm that the Perlick family purchased in 1920, now spanning over 2,000 acres of crops cultivated by six generations. Established in 2014, the distillery produces spirits from grains grown on-site, combining the family’s deep agricultural heritage with craft distillation.
