Northern Waters Distillery is a small craft distillery located in Minocqua, Wisconsin, in the heart of the Northwoods. They combine legendary Northwoods waters with Wisconsin-grown grains, regionally sourced fruits and botanicals, and creative experimentation to produce their spirits. Each batch showcases their independent, small craft, and traditional nature with regionally sourced materials ranging from rye and wheat to maple syrup and cranberries. The distillery features a lakeside tasting room that welcomes both locals and visitors, offering behind-the-scenes tours that explore the science and art of distillation, barrel aging, and blending.
