Eagle Park Distilling Company, founded by brothers Max & Jack Borgardt, is a Milwaukee-based craft distillery and brewery with locations in Hamilton and Muskego, Wisconsin. The distillery specializes in vodka, gin, bourbon, port cask bourbon, and cheesecake-inspired cream liqueurs, emphasizing quality ingredients and traditional methods. Operating since 2020, Eagle Park combines brewing and distilling under one roof, offering tastings, tours, and dining experiences across both locations.

Before proofing down one of our 4 year bourbon blends, a portion was taken to age in a mix of red and white port wine barrels for an additional year. Once mature, it was then left at its original proof and bottled for our 6th Anniversary!
