Dancing Goat Distillery is a craft distillery located in Cambridge, Wisconsin, just outside of Madison, that operates a full-scale production facility alongside a welcoming tasting room offering guests an immersive look into the world of spirits. The distillery is known for producing a diverse portfolio of spirits including whiskey, gin, brandy, and specialty releases, and is home to the Gin Academy, one of the only gin-focused educational experiences in the United States where guests craft their own custom bottle of gin.
The original recipe that started it all in 1988, this smooth and rich brandy is made from 100% Wisconsin grown and milled grain, aged in oak barrels for at least two years with deep amber color and notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak.
