Founded in March 2015 and opened their taproom in March 2016, Chippewa River Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery located at 402 W River St. in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. They take pride in using locally made and grown products, aging their spirits in white oak barrels crafted in the upper midwest, and embodying their mantra ‘AVERAGE IS NOT ENOUGH’ through their commitment to exceeding expectations.
